Our nasal aroma stick makes it very convenient to be an inhale away from calm, even on the go. Take a moment to breathe in our calming blend of sandalwood, roman chamomile and neroli.
Directions for Use:
Hold the aroma stick just below your nose and slowly inhale. Count slowly 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 as you inhale. Then hold for another count of 5, followed by a slow exhale.
Repeat 2 to 3 times for each nostril.
Use your nasal aroma stick every 2-3 hours, or as needed.
Use within 4 months of purchase.
